Moscow Mojito

2 oz Private Club Vodka
1 oz fresh Lime juice
1 tbsp superfine sugar
6-8 fresh mint leaves
3-4 oz chilled Club soda

Use Highball glass, muddle together the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves, add Vodka. Fill glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with mint spring
